Digital Ticket Instructions
By logging into your account, you can add tickets to your digital wallet and transfer tickets to your guest digitally!
Accessing Your Tickets & Adding to Your Digital Wallet
Open a web browser on your mobile device and go to the Rupp Arena Account Manager website.
Sign in using the same email address and password associated with your Ticketmaster account.
Select Manage My Tickets, then tap Event Details.
Select your seat location to view your tickets.
Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Save to Google Wallet (depending on your device) to save your tickets to your digital wallet.
On the day of the event, open your digital wallet and present the ticket barcode for scanning at the entrance.
Transferring Tickets to a Guest
While viewing the Event Details screen, tap Transfer.
Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
Enter the recipient's email address or send them the transfer link by text message.
The recipient will receive instructions to accept the ticket and add it to their account.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you don't see your tickets, make sure you're logged in using the same email address that was used to purchase or receive them.
If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
